Il Tiare 2015

A wine made from Sauvignon grapes with an addition of Ribolla and Friulano that is fermented and aged in stainless steel. It has a pale, straw-yellow color with green reflections and an intense and clean aroma with scents of boxwood, sandalwood, nettles and medicinal herbs, along with notes of white and tropical fruit. The mouthfeel is elegant, broad and yet progressive with distinct salty notes and a strong but not displeasing acidity. The finish is flavorful and broad with tropical note and overall very elegant.
