Il Nostro Gavi 2008

Made from 100% Cortese grapes and vinified in stainless steel, it has a bright straw yellow colour and a fragrant, fruity and intense nose, with sensations of fresh almonds, white peaches and citron. Its flavour is well-balanced, tangy and fresh, well sustained by acidity that does not adversely affect its substantial softness. The finish is long and elegant. Serve it at 10°C with Ligurian cappon magro, spaghetti with clams or sea-bass baked in salt.
