Best Sweet Wine. Made from only Malvasia di Schierano grapes with second fermentation in an autoclave. The wine has a transparent, ruby-purple color with a fairly strong effervescence while the bouquet is aromatic with fruity notes of wild strawberry, raspberry and wild berries along with floral hints of wild rose. The mouthfeel is light and simple, lively and slightly tannic and becomes sweet in the finish.
