    Fermented and aged in stainless steel using Pecorino grapes. A unique, modern wine with an eye on the future. The color is a bright, straw-yellow with green reflections, while the intense and broad aroma has scents of white peach, passion fruit, mallow and nettles with hints of lychees and pink grapefruit. The mouthfeel is intense and tasty with salty notes and an excellent acidity that is never isolated. The finish is overwhelmingly solid and fresh. A wine with great personality.
