Leopold Cuvée Blanc 2005

Produced in the area of Oslavia, near San Floriano, where there are sharp differences in diurnal temperatures. This is a blend of Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia Istriana, Friulano and Chardonnay that matures in barriques.

The wine has a golden, almost amber color with a sweet aroma of bread and renetta apple, canned pineapple in syrup and nutmeg, crème brulèe, dried flowers and a balsamic hint. The mouthfeel is full and saline with a slightly almond and spicy finish.
