Made only from Sangiovese and matured for around 18 months in barriques. The color is an intense and lively ruby-garnet and the aroma even has some youthful notes with sensations of fruit up front and those of spice in the background. The bold mouthfeel has robust tannins that indicate that this will age positively in the coming years. Surprising.
