Made from Sauvignon grapes and matured in stainless steel. The wine has a luminous, pale-yellow color and an aroma where the note of nectarines prevail over those of tomato leaf and elder. There is no need to seek out the scents and this is typical of the area. The mouthfeel is fresh and nippy, with the right warmth, and does not “shift gear” in the finish, despite being an “Under 10”, and persists on a slightly salty note.
In case you don’t know, Sauvignon varietal wines “wrap” mustard has few others can so try pairing it, as long as the food is not too elaborate.
