Sedilesu is famous for their great red wines made from Cannoneau but they also make this Eressia, a delicious rosé which has a floral bouquet with scents of black cherry and a soft, wrapping and warm flavor.
Serve at 10°C with a shellfish soup with fregola pasta or the classic malloreddus pasta in tomato sauce.
