100% Chardonnay grapes. Vinified in oak barrel. Minimum 36 months on the lees. Shiny golden straw yellow with very fine perlage. Nose of aromatic herbs, mandarin and lemon followed by lime blossom, sage, grapefruit, passion fruit and almond. Very balanced and lively palate, creamy and saline, clean and elegant leads to a citrusy finish. Sparkling wine of the year.
