The canary-yellow color is almost unreal and the bouquet a spectrum of floral aromas with scents from cut grass to white plum. The attack of the mouthfeel is very pleasing thanks to its freshness which offsets a particular alcoholic warmth, while the finish is somewhat abrupt, then again Chablis never stands out for its length as much as is cleanliness.
