A Ruchè varietal wine that ferments and ages for around six months in 54hl wood vats. The wine has a ruby color and a clear and intriguing bouquet with intense floral notes, especially rose, along with various types of pepper and a hint of dark fruit. The flavor is mellow and rewarding and the finish is very consistent making this a pleasing drop. Serve at 15°C, a temperature that makes it perfect throughout a whole meal.
