Made in stainless steel from Nerello Mascalese fermented off the skins. The wine has a straw color and an aroma that opens on vegetal notes of cardoon that quickly make way for delicate hints of yellow rose and very fresh chamomile flower. A distinct saline sensation is already apparent in the bouquet but then becomes almost pungent in the mouth because it is so fresh. Grapefruit, accompanied by more gentle notes of pomegranate, is the dominating fruit in the mouthfeel making it distinctly dry. The close is pleasingly bitter.
