    100% Pinot Nero. Classic method for 120 months. Light golden yellow color, very elegant bubbles, slow and continuous. Complex aromas of flint, fresh almond, yellow plums, alfalfa and hints of eggnog. Tense and warm taste, agile and neat, creamy foam and deep body. Great version.
