Gutturino is a typical blend of Barbera and Bonarda that traditionally is made as a sparkling wine. The grapes come from the estate’s youngest vines and its rustic nature is expressed in its bright red color with purple reflections and a light and perky effervescence. The aroma is rich in red fruit, a strong grapey component and some notes of underbrush. The mouthfeel is cheerful, fresh and lively with distinct fruit.
