If Ballu Tundu is the estate's most traditional wine, then Carnevale is its most 'modern' one thanks to the skillful and balanced use of small wood casks. The aroma stands out for clear notes of spice and graphite. It is full to the palate yet with great dynamism and with elegant and succulent tannins. The progression is amazing and despite its young age it is a wine that is already very expressive. It will get even better.
