Moscatello di Saracena from 15 to 30 Kg per each must hl and a small percentage of "Adduroca" (dialect word that refers to an aromatic and very scented type of grape).Matures for a year in stainless steel sur lie. Bright amber. A nose of formidable complexity, ranging from the classic scent of raisins to candied orange peel, dates, dried apricots and almond paste. The flavor is sweet but not cloying, full-bodied and nicely underpinned by the acidity. A really great traditionally-styled sweet wine.
