Omero’s wine
The tale of this winery seems to go back thousands of years. Their Moscato di Saracena, in particular, seems like a wine straight out of the Odyssey. Produced using ancestral methods with a partial cooking of the must (which is creating no few problems with EU regulations), their wines are a cultural heritage as well as being excellent. Theirs is the only Passito made without using carbon dioxide.
