Blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir grapes. Fermented in oak barrique and 40 months on the lees. Golden straw yellow with fine perlage. Fragrant nose of bread crust and lightly toasted dry fruit, custard, citrus shortbread and candied lemon. Rich and supple palate, soft with a salted almond finish.
