Frantoio 60% and Moraiolo 40% olive varieties. Continuous cycle production system. Intense fruity. It is an intense limpid golden yellow color with delicate green hues. Its aroma is definite and rotund, with aromatic hints of mint, sage and rosemary, together with notes of almond and black pepper. Its taste is endowed with an ample vegetal flavor of artichoke, chicory and country lettuce. Bitterness is strong and pungency is distinct.
