100% Majatica di Ferrandina olive variety, pots farming system. Continuous cycle production system. Medium Fruity. It has a beautiful intense limpid golden yellow color with slight green hues. Its aroma is elegant and complex, characterized by vegetal notes of lettuce and celery, together with hints of unripe tomato and almond. Its taste is fine and rotund, with a flavor of artichoke, chicory and aromatic herbs, especially basil, mint and parsley. Bitterness and pungency are present and harmonic, with a sweet almond finish.
