100% olive variety Grignano, continuous cycle production method, light fruity. Light limpid golden yellow color. Its aroma is rotund and ample, endowed with elegant fruity notes of pear, white apple and banana, enriched by hints of unripe tomato and a fragrant note of basil and parsley. Its taste is fine and complex, with a flavor of lettuce, chicory and cinnamon. Bitterness and pungency are present and harmonic, with evident sweetness.
