This wheat beer has a golden, straw-yellow color with a compact and white head. The bouquet is intense, pronounced and consistent with notes from the ingredients used to aromatize it, above all orange and coriander, along with those of grains, white-pulp fruit, ginger and lemon verbena. The mouthfeel is soft, almost ‘sweet’, with an agile structure in line with the variety of the brew and overall lovely and upheld by a delicate and subtle carbonation. The flavor is consistent with the aroma with distinct citrus and spice sensations. The persistence is good.

A beer that pairs well with a seafood starter like octopus salad or to drink with fried mixed vegetables.
