Balter, a quality signature
The Balter family has owned this winery since 1875. In the 1960s, the estate shifted away from growing grapes for sale to making their own wines. Today. Nicola Balter puts his signature on every wine the estate makes, assisted by his daughter Clementina who handles external relations. The estate is composed of 10 hectares of vineyards and a small castle with a 16th century turret that is situated on a hilltop about three km from Rovereto. The winery is underground and its tasting rooms welcomes wine lovers from around the world.
