Oil triangle

The "Oil Triangle" is a project started some years ago by Giulio Figarolo di Gropello and Giovanni Bulgari, who run two olive groves in northern Lazio and Umbria. After a short time Paolo Bulgari's estate in Tuscany completed the triangle, with the common aim of a complete control of the production chain and the use of organic farming.
Today, in the area of Siena, there are 6 hectares of surface with 1,600 trees. In the last harvest 15 quintals of olives and about 1 hectoliter of oil were produced.
