From olive varieties Frantoio 60%, Leccino 25%, Moraiolo 15%. Continuous cycle production system. Medium fruity. Intense limpid golden yellow color with light green hues. Its aroma is ample and rotund, with vegetal hints of artichoke and chicory, together with notes of freshly mown grass, black pepper and almond. Its taste is elegant and complex, with a flavour of lettuce and a note of mint, rosemary and sage. Bitterness is definite and pungency is distinct.
