Great single variety oil from Calabria
Another positive result for Olearia San Giorgio, an important olive farm situated in San Giorgio Morgeto (province of Reggio Calabria) and managed by the brothers Fazari, who follow a family tradition started over 70 years ago.
Today they run a modern transformation system and a 130-hectare olive grove with 23,000 trees. In the last harvest 10,000 quintals of olives were produced, equal to 2,000 hectoliters of extra virgin olive oil.
There are two Extra Virgin selections, L'Aspromontano, a blend of the two varieties Carolea and Ottobratica, and the excellent single variety L'Ottobratico.
