100% Ottobratica olive variety. Continuous cycle production system. Light fruity. It has an intense limpid golden yellow color with light green hues. Its aroma is elegant and complex, with notes of unripe tomato, banana and white apple, together with fragrant hints of mint, basil and sage. Its taste is rotund and vegetal, with ample notes of country lettuce and artichoke. Bitterness and pungency are present and harmonic, with evident sweetness.
