An excellent blended oil from Valpolicella
An important result for Tenuta Sant'Apollonia, a promising farm not far from Verona, which is awarded the prize for The Best Extra Virgin Olive Oil Blended - Light Fruity in the Flos Olei 2017 guide. The first olive trees were planted in 1994 on a surface cultivated according to organic farming principles.
Today Marco Sartori runs 6 hectares of specialized olive grove with 2,200 trees. In the last harvest 200 quintals of olives were produced, equal to a yield of 25 hectoliters of extra virgin olive oil.
