This excellent Extra Virgin selection has a beautiful intense limpid golden yellow color with slight green hues. Its aroma is elegant and complex, with ample hints of unripe tomato, white apple and pear, enriched by fragrant notes of basil, mint and parsley. Its taste is fine and rotund, with a flavor of lettuce, celery and wild chicory. Bitterness is distinct and pungency is present and complimentary.
