An advanced oil mill
Frantoio Batta is an undisputed point of reference for quality production, thanks to the experience of generations of olive-press operators. Giovanni Batta, the heir of a family tradition started in 1923 by his grandfather, runs a 13-hectare specialized olive grove with 3,400 trees and an advanced oil mill. In the last harvest 586 quintals of olives were produced, equal to a yield of 69 hectoliters of oil.
