This excellent Extra Virgin Frantoio Batta from Organic Farming is an intense limpid golden yellow color with light green hues. Its aroma is ample and rotund, rich in notes of artichoke, wild thistle and elegant fragrant hints of mint, rosemary and sage. Its taste is fine and complex, with a flavor of lettuce, chicory, a spicy note of black pepper and a definite almond finish. Bitterness is distinct and pungency is definite and harmonic.
