Marfuga Oil from Colli Assisi-Spoleto

Since 1817, Marfuga farm owned by Gradassi family produces several quality extra virgin olive oils and among them the excellent Umbria DOP Colli Assisi-Spoleto.
Agraria Marfuga confirms the high level of its production, thanks to Francesco Gradassi, the heir of a family practising olive growing since 1817.
Today the farm and the most of the estate are in Campello sul Clitunno, where 13,000 trees grow on 30 hectares of specialized olive grove. In the last harvest 1,400 quintals of olives were produced and 1,400 purchased, with a yield of about 404 hectolitres of oil.
The production includes several kind of EVO oils such as the Monocultivar Moraiolo, the Umbria DOP Riserva and the excellent Extra Virgin Umbria DOP Colli Assisi-Spoleto, which we recommend.
