Opimio Ca’ Bolani, The Pinot Bianco friulano
From a vineyard in Cà Vescovo, a municipality of Terzo di Aquileia, in the heart of the Doc area, the Opimio is created, a smooth and elegant 100% pinot bianco in purezza morbido ed elegante.
This spectacular estate in the Zonin Group is run with the care and attention of an independent one. It is situated in southern Friuli, nor far from Aquileia and Monfalcone, and is composed of a single 550-hectares vineyard making it the biggest in the region. The estate’s specialty are their Refosco and Sauvignon wines.
