    100% Pinot Bianco grapes from Ca' Vescovo estate. Ferments in 25 hl Slavonian durmast barrels and matures on the yeasts for 8 months. Straw yellow with light greenish hues. Intense aromas of green apples and kiwi with fragrant floral notes. Smooth and savory taste. Good acidity and elegant structure.
