Minimal yield
This small, family-run estate practices wine-growing that has a low impact on the environment while the wines have great character and personality and can age for decades. The wines are made using traditional local varieties in the heart of Colli Orientali, not far from the Rosazzo Abbey, from vineyards with a yield that never surpasses 3,000kg per hectare, much like a Burgundy Grand Cru.
