Mostly Friulano grapes but with an hint of Malvasia Istrina grapes. Stainless steel only on yeasts for almost 2 years. Straw yellow color. On the nose aromas of wildflowers and little smoky thanks to the yeasts at first, then white peach and fresh almond. On the palate savory, powerful, warm, full-flavored and very persistent.
