It may not be DOC but what a Prosecco!
The Follador family estate was established in 1994 even if they have always produced Prosecco with natural and spontaneous secondary fermentation in the bottle. Their six hectares of vineyards, some with vines that are quite old, are subdivided into various parcels and are mostly planted with Glera, although there is also some Verdiso, Perera and Bianchetta.
Loris and his children Adelchi and Raffaele cultivate their grapes following the rhythm of nature and do not use chemicals in the vineyard and in the winery limit its use to the bare necessity in order to best bring out the potential of the land.
