Made from Glera grapes, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle using indigenous yeasts and is described as “naturally sparkling”. The aroma has sensations of white peach, plum and hawthorn while the mouthfeel is absolutely dry, bracing and sharp which upholds a structure that is quote bold.
