A Chardonnay bubbly that sits for 28 months on the lees and was disgorged in May 2015. It has a straw-yellow color and a fine effervescence. The bouquet opens with sensations of white melon, peach, Valencia orange, mint, hazelnut and biscuits. The mouthfeel is pleasing, spirited, vivacious, saline and fresh.
