Made from Riesling grapes. The color, while pale, has golden reflections that are slightly bolder than the other wines here and the aromas are more intense, even though they remain those typical to the varietal. The bouquet has notes of sage, medicinal herbs and rock salt with just a hint of defining hydrocarbons. The mouthfeel has an unexpected and unsuspectable energy that is stimulating and structured, while the persistence is amazing.
