A wine made using only Syrah grapes that ferments in stainless steel, ages for 18 months in French oak barriques and then at least another 12 months in the bottle. Very few bottles are produced of this wine that has a dark ruby color with purple reflections. The bold aromas are those of fruit, above all black cherry and blackberry, spice, black pepper and cloves with a hint of ash and all in a lovey and wrapping complexity. The mouthfeel is rounded and soft, juicy and tasty with a lot of fruit and vigorous tannins, while the finish is long and balanced.
