Made from only Vitovska grapes, this wine ages 12 months in used barriques and then another six months in steel vats before bottling. It has a lovely, intense straw-yellow color and aromas of green apple together with an intriguing and distinct brackish iodine note. The wood is nicely proportioned and offers a touch of spice. This ready-to-drink wine has an elegant mouthfeel which is of medium intensity and while the acidity is not that strong, it does not affect the wine and enhances its full flavor.
