    Blend of 80% chardonnay and sauvignon and 20% ribolla gialla malvasia istriana and picolit grapes. All vinified together. Only a part of chardonnay aged for three months in large cask. Straw yellow. Complex, intense and elegant nose of apple, peach, apricot and honey. The palate reminds incredibly the aroma profile of the nose, continuous, with a very long fresh and fruity finish. Amazing wine!
