A blend of 61% Pinot Noir from the villages of Ambonnay, Bouzy, Tauxières, Avenay and Ay; 34% Chardonnay from Oger, Le Mesnil and Vertus; and 5% Pinot Meunier from Ludes and Dizy. After aging on the lees for over seven years, this wine was disgorged in March 2015 with a dosage of 8g/l. The bouquet is intensely citrusy with scents of spice and graphite, ginger and talcum and notes of forest and cedar. The captivating mouthfeel has a vibrant depth distinguished by an unending freshness, thrusting through its still very young soul, together with an extraordinary and seductive richness and an intimate austerity with gourmand opulence.
