A Traditional Method quality Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine made for the most part with Cortese grapes. Fermentation and the maturation of the base wines takes place in stainless steel vats while secondary fermentation on the lees in the bottle lasts 48 months.
The wine has a bold and luminous straw-yellow color and an abundant effervescence and extremely clear aromas of slate, sea water, hawthorn and bread crust. The mouthfeel is straight from the land: light and very agile, with a direct acidity and an effervescence that provides volume without taking anything away. The finish is saline and slightly bitter with an aftertaste of yeast and fresh almonds. A luminous sparkling wine that has purity as its trump card.
This wine is good at the table both as an aperitif and to accompany the whole meal.
