A blend of 55% Grechetto, 20% Vermentino, 20% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Procanico that ages in stainless steel. The wine has a transparent, straw-yellow color and a gutsy nose with notes of white flowers, aromatic herb and citrus. The mouthfeel has a distinct brackish note that is elegant and spicy while the finish is fresh and citrus with a long, saline persistence.
