Made from Petit Arvine grapes with 70% of the wine aging on the lees in stainless steel for six months and the rest in barriques. This has a pale, straw-yellow color and intense floral aromas of freesia and jasmine along with notes of yellow plum and gooseberry and smoky and iodine hints. The mouthfeel is very flavorful with a nice acidity, a medium texture and a good progression and aftertaste.
