A bright golden color. Clear and complex aromas, intense, wrapping, with mineral scents, slightly smokey and with hints of medlar and 'pain grilleé'. The flavor is very good, full-bodied, soft, harmonious, almost sweet due to the presence of alcohol and glycerin, but also taut thanks to a nice, salty, Mediterranean acidity. The finish is warm and very persistent. A pleasurable wine, complex and very intact for its age.
