The grapes ferment with a brief, cold maceration on the skins before aging in stainless steel. The wine has an intense, straw-yellow color with ripe aromas of yellow peach, grapefruit and orange blossom. The mouthfeel has body and is fatty making this a full wine with a good personality. The aftertaste is slightly bitter.
