Vigna Ca’ del Lupo 2013

Made from Lambursco Grasparossa grapes, this has a concentrated purple color and a linear aroma with distinctive scents of black cherry, raspberry and wild berries. The mouthfeel has body, nice support from its tannins and a fruity finish with a nice persistence.
On their site they define it as ‘’a worthy ally to pair with the areas’s assortment of boiled meats, meat roasts, green and red sauces and Italian mostarda (chutney) ’’.
